Panintelligence: board observer, strategic adviser & shareholder (August 2022-present)
Martin invested a six-figure sum in data analytics provider Panintelligence. As well as being a minority shareholder in the business, Martin is also a strategic adviser as Panintelligence boosts its customer base and SaaS offerings.
BigChange: founder & chairman (Jan 2013 – present)
Martin Port founded mobile workforce management platform BigChange in 2011. He sold a majority stake in the company to US private equity firm Great Hill partners in 2021 and is now chairman of the business.
Transaid: Ambassador (2018-present)
Martin became an ambassador for Africa-based transport charity Transaid in 2018. Transaid transforms lives through safe, available and sustainable transport.
Business in the Community: board member (2020 – present)
As a member of Business in the Community’s Yorkshire and Humber advisory board, Martin liaises with other local business leaders to help others in the community.

Martin is a board observer and strategic adviser at MoreLife, a health company that makes the lives of individuals healthier through lifestyle behaviour changes.

Having led a seven-figure funding round in Rated People, the UK’s leading online marketplace connecting homeowners with skilled tradespeople, Martin is a significant shareholder and strategic adviser in the fast-growing business.
Masternaut: founder and CEO (2002 – 2011)
Martin Port founded vehicle tracking solution Masternaut in 2002. He exited the business in 2011, by which point the company had grown to £22m annual turnover.
